Letter size packages are sent "REGULAR POST", Parcels up to 24" x 36" are "EXPEDITED" with tracking number and regular insurance, Oversized packages are sent by other "COURIER" with tracking number and regular insurance. ("EXPRESS" can be requested at an extra cost). Additional insurance is buyers responsibility.

Your computer does not do these items justice. It is difficult to get the true colours, condition, and feeling of the piece by viewing on a computer monitor!

For this reason we offer a money back guarantee. You just have to pay for the shipping and it must be returned in the same condition it arrived.

We try to take the photos outside in the sunlight to get the best colour. Or we take them under the full spectrum lights in our studio. No matter, the computer tends to separate the colours. You don't see the full effect of the blending of colour, shading and highlights. Reflective materials often don't show up in a photograph.

Damages:

If your purchase arrives damaged, please save the packaging. Keep it as it is, in order to launch an insurance claim.
